The Swiss timepiece maker has teamed up with cryptocurrency payment service company BitPay to acquire Ethereum, Shiba Inu, Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrencies in its online store.
As the general acceptance of Bitcoin continues, Britling has joined the ranks of many luxury companies that have taken the lead in adopting cryptocurrencies over the past few months.

Crypto for the car industry as well
In addition to the fashion business, the acceptance of Bitcoin has also increased in the automobile industry.
Last year, Houston’s Post Oak Motor Cars integrated Bitcoin services locally through NYDIG, allowing clients to purchase luxury cars with Bitcoin-backed financing.
Breitling has already used cryptocurrency in its efforts, most notably launching the “Breitling Blockchain” initiative. The watchmaker has created a digital passport NFT with features like tradability, traceability and the “Bretling Trade” platform.
